The Punjab Excise Department is making things easier for everyone by allowing vehicle owners to skip the office visits for registering or transferring their motorcycles and cars. Through their social media platforms, the department announced this fantastic news and introduced a new service that lets people in Punjab handle their vehicle paperwork from home.

Here’s how you can make use of this convenient service:

  1. Schedule an appointment by calling the Punjab Information Technology Board’s helpline at 080008786 for vehicle registration or transfer.
  2. An Excise Department official will come to your doorstep at the scheduled time.
  3. Pay the registration or transfer fees easily through online banking; the department official will provide a payment slip ID (PSID) at your doorstep.
  4. You’ll receive your registration number right at your doorstep. Later, scanned copies of the documents will be sent to you via Pakistan Post after processing at the excise office.
