Legal Action Against Concert Organizers in Islamabad!

The Islamabad Police filed a report against an event planner and 17 others for arranging a concert with Atif Aslam and Hasan Raheem at the Gun & Country Club.

This action was due to the event taking place without the required No Objection Certificate (NOC), a crucial document for hosting public gatherings.

According to the report filed at Aabpara Police Station, the main reason for this legal step was the violation of rules that should have been followed as per official permissions. Allegedly, the organizers ignored established laws and orders related to conducting such events.

The complaint mentions that during the concert, the loudspeakers used caused significant disturbance to nearby residents by playing late into the night. This disturbance greatly affected the peace and comfort of the people living in the surrounding residential areas.

Additionally, the report highlights the lack of proper event management and security measures. This mismanagement reportedly led to traffic disruptions, causing inconvenience to the general public.

This legal action serves as a reminder of the necessity to adhere to regulations and obtain the required permissions when organizing public events. It’s crucial for maintaining the welfare and peacefulness of the community. As the case progresses, those involved in organizing the event might face legal consequences for the alleged violations.
